"Wonderful Nursery"

★★★★★

"Wonderful nursery. Staff are excellent and so warm and welcoming. It’s done wonders for my son who has been there for 2 months now, he does lovely enriching activities daily and you also get daily reports on how much your child has eaten, which activities they have done and nap times etc. Would recommend to anybody in the area looking for a reliable nursery to send their children to.”

"They Actually Care"

★★★★★

"I couldn't recommend Handprints enough!! Tyler comes home with new phrases almost every day.

They take them out to forest school, they provide a lovely spacious garden for them to explore, they have baby yoga, and are really flexible. You just know that they actually care about your child and that is the most important thing in the world."

"Home to Home Feel"

★★★★★

"We was very wary at first like any first time parents. However, it soon became apparent that handprints knowledge and care was at the utmost best, it really was a home to home feel. Nothing was ever too much for trouble for the staff, they really do care.

I would definitely recommend handprints to others."

My son started handprints just after his 1st birthday and had an amazing 4.5 years attending the nursery. The staff have been amazing with him and he has loved his time at handprints and is sad to be leaving to start school . My son loved attending the nursery so much that he would ask everyday if he could go to nursery he loved the staff and made some good friends. He has learnt so much attending nursery and they have made sure he is ready for his next venture at school . Handprints have always been so accommodating to our needs as a family and I'm glad we chose to send our son there . I highly recommend the nursery it is a lovely setting with great staff  !

What Ofsted Say (2022)

1

Physical Skills Developed

"Staff support children to develop their physical skills in a variety of ways. Babies laugh with delight as they crawl after balloons. They watch as staff send balloons into the air, reaching their arms up to catch them as they fall. Toddlers notice the marks that they make as they paint. They tell staff 'that's my daddy' as they use brushes with control to paint circles."

2

Sign Language

“Staff use sign language, alongside words, to help children understand instructions and encourage the development of their language and communication skills.”

3

Child Progress

"Parents are complimentary about the nursery. They comment that their children enjoy attending and have made good progress in their development, particularly in their speech, independence and social skills. Parents say that they are kept well informed about their children's achievements and the experiences that their children have each day.”
